I recently saw a clip where this guy had a motto “Summer Hard” which essentially means make the absolute most of each summer day. There are 10-12 weeks of summer a year, that it. Enjoy the long, bright days and pack them to the brim. Get up early and stay up late.
The other weeks and months are often cold, rainy, and gloomy. We’re inside, patiently waiting for warm weather and a cool summer breeze but when summer gets here we sometimes take that for granted.
So here’s your reminder to push yourself just a little bit more during the summer months. Get out in nature, make plans exploring places you haven’t been, try new hobbies, volunteer, sing, dance, and chat with strangers. You’ll thank yourself later.
